Happy football season to all who celebrate 🏉 My Rendezvous Queso & Chips has just changed the game for our football spread each week, and you’ll be questioning why you haven’t made this from scratch more often.

1 tablespoon butter
1 small onion, diced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bag tortilla chips
Spray olive oil
1 tablespoon Rendezvous Famous seasoning, plus extra to season
1 1/2 cups whole milk
1 pound white American cheese, cut into small cubes (grab it from behind the deli counter as a block and cube it yourself!)
1 can diced green chiles

Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter in medium saucepan over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook for 5 minutes until softened. Add the garlic and stir, for 30 seconds until fragrant. Transfer onion to a bowl and return saucepan to heat. Add milk and heat until small bubbles form on the edges of the saucepan. Add cheese cubes, one handful at a time, and whisk continuously until fully incorporated. Continue with the remainder of the cheese cubes.

Meanwhile, spread tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet and spray with oil. Season liberally with Rendezvous seasoning. Bake chips for 3-5 minutes. Remove chips from the oven and set aside.

Once all cheese is incorporated, remove saucepan from the heat and fold in the cooked onions and garlic, diced green chiles, and Rendezvous seasoning. Serve and enjoy!

The PERFECT summer dinner menu 🍅🍉🥩 and would you believe the only active cook time is 10 total minutes to grill flank steak and boil angel hair? Swipe for my steps to a meal that flawlessly puts its seasonal foot forward. Dress it up, dress it down — but definitely do it before summer ends! Save this post and comment or message with any questions.

A flank steak is full-proof — quick to cook, hard to mess up, easy to make memorable with a marinade.

I poured these ingredients directly into a gallon ziploc and massaged a little under 2 pounds of trimmed flank steak. The bag sat for probably 5 hours, but anywhere from 2 hours to overnight will lock in the flavors!

My friend Morgan has been a sourdough queen for years, and her garlicky rosemary focaccia was bouncy and light as air. I don’t have the recipe but can ask for it if you’d like it!

I grabbed varieties at the farmers market for a tomato angel hair pasta.

This recipe feels like bruschetta at first! After hours at room temperature, the flavors effortlessly melt together.

Just-boiled al dente angels hair melts into the tomato mixture, soaking up its flavors instantly. Taste and season accordingly.

🍅🍅🍅

I learned that the saltiness of the feta instantly releases water from the watermelon, so wait to combine the salad until it’s time to serve!

Lime juice, herbs, good olive oil, and a splash of balsamic do wonders.
