We have two class times available this Monday (9/7), Labor Day. It’s going to be a great time, so show up and sweat with everyone before enjoying the rest of your day!
The gym doors will be unlocked during other class times if you would like to come in for open gym.

CrossFit Kids took on hero workout Murph today with Coach Alecia. They absolutely crushed it! These kids did more work than most adults are capable of and we couldn’t be more impressed. ♥️
Adults and teens you’re up next. See you all Monday morning.
