Emily Elizabeth Home

This was a beach house that we decorated for an Airbnb. We found this bed on for your Facebook marketplace and then to find another bed. I had to drive 150 miles out of the way, but it was worth it cause this room came together and looks awesome!

This was a house we decorated a few years back, still one of my favorites!

I love America. 🇺🇸
I decorate with American flags around my home and even had one hanging in my old warehouse because freedom, entrepreneurship, hard work, and opportunity matter to me.

I know America isn’t perfect. No place is. But I also know there are millions of people around the world who would give anything for the freedoms we often take for granted.

The ability to build a business.
Speak freely.
Dream bigger.
Start over.
Pivot.
Create a life you love.

That’s something worth appreciating.

And honestly… an American flag just makes great decor too. 🇺🇸

Did you know?

The Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) has reported staged homes selling about 73% faster on average.

Another RESA study found staged homes sold on average 9 days faster and often above asking price.

Someone was asking about virtual Staging the other day and I said it’s like a dating profile. It looks great online but when you see it in person, it’s nothing what you expected. The same thing goes for a house….🤷‍♀️

We are staging this house this week. This lovely family redid the house and it is so cool to see a house that isn’t just gray and white that actually has uniqueness and charm and the dad has an electrical background so he did an updated version of tube and k**b. Excited for this!

Drove by this House For Sale and it looks like an institution. All they need to do is add a little landscaping and some shutters and it makes a huge difference.
