Delaughter Designs

My Disney countdown has officially become a wardrobe situation. 😂✨

We leave in 17 DAYS, and of course I couldn’t count down without making myself special Friday shirts for work!

Welcome to Counting Down in Custom with Delaughter Designs—starting with Friday shirt #1! 👕🏰

I’ve been a little quiet here because I’ve been busy dreaming up our vacation outfits. Now I’m bringing you along for the shirt reveals, sneak peeks, and a different outfit every day of our trip!

📣 I’m taking custom orders for ONE MORE WEEK before my vacation break—through October 9. Have an idea for a shirt, gift, or special occasion? Message me with your idea and when you need it, and we’ll talk details and availability.

First things first: are you a matching-family-shirts person, or does everyone get their own look? 👀

Your dog + your favorite football colors = your new favorite game-day shirt! 🐾🏈

Look at these sweet faces and their personalized football designs! I’m now taking orders through Delaughter Designs, and your pup can be next.

🎨 Digital design only — starting at $18
👕 Personalized T-shirt — starting at $35
📍 Physical shirts are LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. No shipping.

To get started, message me:
• A clear photo of your dog
• Your favorite football team’s colors
• Digital design or a finished shirt
• Your shirt size if ordering a shirt

Each design features a cartoon version of YOUR dog in your chosen colors. Shirt orders include a design preview before printing!

Message Delaughter Designs to order. What colors would your game-day buddy wear? 💜💛🖤

🍎 PROJECT SPOTLIGHT: Custom Teacher Gifts ✏️

Some of my favorite projects are the ones created to make someone feel appreciated. 💗

These two teacher gifts were made with completely different styles in mind — one a personalized thank-you piece filled with flowers, and the other a fun teacher tumbler featuring “Lesson Planning Juice.”

That’s one of the things I love most about creating: every project can be completely different depending on the person, occasion, and idea behind it.

From personalized gifts and tumblers to apparel, digital designs, signs, and projects that don’t fit neatly into one category, Delaughter Designs has always been about turning ideas into something personal.

💬 Which teacher gift is more your style - the sentimental one or the fun one?

Follow Delaughter Designs to see more projects from over the years and the many different things I’ve had the opportunity to create. 💕

Today is Swap Ideas Day, and that sounds like the perfect day to talk about how custom designs begin! 💡🎨

You don’t need to have the entire design figured out before reaching out. A few helpful details are enough to get us started:

✨ What are you creating?
✨ Who is it for?
✨ What words or names should be included?
✨ Which colors or themes do you love?
✨ Is there a special story behind the idea?

You bring the meaning, and I’ll help bring the design together. That’s where creativity becomes something personal. Swap Ideas Day is celebrated on September 10 as a chance to exchange creative and helpful ideas.

Have an idea you’ve been thinking about? Send Delaughter Designs a message and tell me about it!

National Dog Walker Appreciation Day

Behind every happy walk, wagging tail, and exciting neighborhood adventure is someone holding the other end of the leash. 🐕🦮💕

Today is National Dog Walker Appreciation Day—a chance to recognize the professional dog walkers, pet sitters, family members, neighbors, and volunteers who help keep our dogs active, safe, and cared for.

A few easy ways to show your appreciation:

🐾 Leave a kind review or recommendation
🐾 Provide water, treats, and updated care instructions
🐾 Send a quick thank-you message
🐾 Let them know their dependable care matters

National Dog Walker Appreciation Day is observed each September 8.

Know an amazing dog walker? Tag them below and give them a well-deserved thank-you!

International Literacy Day is a beautiful reminder that reading and writing help us learn, connect, dream, and share our stories. 📚✨

A few simple ways to encourage literacy at home:

📖 Read together for a few minutes
💬 Ask your child to tell you about the story
✏️ Let them create a different ending
🎨 Turn a favorite scene into a drawing or craft

Every big story begins with one word—and every child deserves the chance to discover where words can take them. International Literacy Day is observed worldwide each September 8.

What book did you love as a child? Share it in the comments!

Big dreams are rarely built in one big moment.

They grow through the quiet choices-the idea written down, the first draft, the lesson learned, and the courage to keep going when progress feels slow.

Whatever you're working toward, your small steps still matter. Keep moving forward. ✨

What small step are you proud of taking this week?
