The mindset I’ve used to get me through cancer and GVHD

When I first got diagnosed with cancer I would watch from the beach when I felt well enough. I was dying to surf again. I didn’t know it would take 4 years to get back to my shortboard. Being healthy and able enough to surf is a blessing. Don’t take your time with Mother Nature for granted. Surfing is definitely one of my favorite things this world has to offer and I’m until I’m no longer able to I will keep chasing waves🙌🏼❤️
