How did you find out you had Pcos?

Hey everyone, I’m Tuanise, and I figured it’s time to share why I created this group.

Living with PCOS can be hard as hell. It’s exhausting, confusing, frustrating, and sometimes it feels like your body is just doing whatever the hell it wants. The hormones? A mess. The symptoms? Bu****it. The doctors not listening or brushing things off? Don’t even get me started.

I created this group because I got tired of feeling alone in this s**t. Tired of pretending everything was fine, tired of feeling judged, and tired of not having a space where women could be honest about what PCOS really puts us through.

This is a safe space to vent, ask questions, cry, celebrate wins, complain about symptoms, talk about fertility, weight changes, unwanted hair, mood swings, cystic acne, missing periods, and yes—even talk s**t about PCOS when we need to 😭

No judgment. No fake positivity. No “just lose weight” comments. No shame. Just real women dealing with real struggles and supporting each other through the bulls**t.
