The roads we drive on, buildings we work in, and houses we live in exist because of hard working individuals.
This Labor Day we celebrate the people who get up early, work hard at their jobs to make people’s lives better and have uplifting attitudes while doing it.

A Breakfast Surprise! A BIG thank you, Ozinga, for thinking of VAC and our seniors!
Ozinga held a meeting this morning and ended up with 30 extra boxed breakfasts, complete with eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, and pancakes. Rather than let that delicious food go to waste, Ozinga called our Executive Director, Rick Burchell, to offer the donation. Rick jumped in the car, headed over to Ozinga, and brought the breakfast bounty back to VAC!
We were thrilled to share these breakfasts with our congregate lunch clients at Taylor Street Plaza, giving them a special breakfast treat and making sure this generous donation went right where it was needed.
Thank you, Ozinga, for helping us turn extra food into a little extra joy for our clients! We are so grateful for community partners like you.
