Today my heart is heavy.

I watched a clip from a UFC event where former First Lady Michelle Obama was disrespected, and honestly, it bothered me. Whether you agree with someone’s politics or not, there is a level of respect and human decency that should never leave us.

Michelle Obama has spent years encouraging young people, serving families, promoting education, and representing our country on the world stage. She wasn’t even a part of the fight, yet she became the target of disrespect and ridicule.

I don’t usually post about politics because I believe we have enough division already. But what I saw reminded me that our world desperately needs more love, more kindness, and more compassion.

As Christians, we are called to love people, not tear them down. We don’t have to agree on everything, but we should be able to disagree without disrespecting someone’s dignity.

Today, I’m praying for our country. I’m praying that we learn how to speak life instead of hate, encouragement instead of insults, and truth wrapped in love.

The more I see moments like this, the more I realize how important it is for us to share the love of Jesus Christ. The world doesn’t need more division. The world needs more grace.

What an incredible day as we opened the doors to Kingdom Building 10:25 on Cleveland Avenue! This is more than just a building—it’s a place where lives will be changed, hope will be restored, and the love of Jesus will be shared with our community.

We believe God placed us here for a reason, and we’re committed to serving, loving, and pouring back into the people around us. From outreach and fellowship to music, ministry, and community impact, this is only the beginning!

🙌 Cleveland Avenue will never be the same! We are excited to see what God is going to do through this vision and through every person who walks through these doors.
