🏆 Yesterday in Madrid, LANCK Connect Cup returned, giving partners and colleagues a chance to catch up and enjoy a day of sports. ⚽️And this is how LANCK Day began.

Before CIS 2026 GCCM officially began, we gathered in Almaty for one of our favorite traditions: a relaxed pre-event evening with partners and colleagues across the industry. 🇰🇿
Bowling, billiards, friendly competition, and plenty of good conversation set the tone for the conference ahead.
Between strikes on the lanes and shots at the billiard table, there were plenty of opportunities to catch up away from the usual meeting rooms. 🎳

This year, Daniil Lapshin celebrates 10 years with LANCK Telecom. 🎉
📡 Daniil joined the company as a Technical Support Engineer, handling voice service tickets and learning the infrastructure from the ground up. Over time, he moved into Carrier Relations, managed partner portfolios across MENA, South Asia, Eastern Europe, and CIS, and developed extensive experience in commercial terms, route stability, and traffic quality. His technical background later helped him combine infrastructure knowledge with an understanding of partner needs and how telecom services work behind the scenes.
🔍 Today, Daniil is Key Account Manager for Eurasia and DID. He manages key accounts across Europe and CIS, focusing on DID number provisioning, partner onboarding, compliance checks, and ensuring every number is properly verified and ready for use.
His colleagues describe him as someone they can always rely on: a strong specialist with an original way of thinking, a love for complex tasks, and the confidence to take on new projects that matter to the company.
🤖 Outside of work, Daniil loves technology and gadgets. A self-described data nerd, he is always exploring a new tool, system, or smarter way to make things work.
Daniil, thank you for your reliability, curiosity, and 10 years of dedication to LANCK Telecom. We are glad to have you on the team and look forward to what comes next.
