A recipe close to our hearts 🇭🇳💙
Our family recipe of Honduran Ceviche:
1. El camaron 61/70 Bio Shrimp pelado y desvenado se pone x 3 minutos en agua hirviendo con sal. (una vez que el Agua hierve se ponen a cocer 3 minutos)
2. Al pasar los 3 minutitos los corta y mete a enfriar en refrigerador. (o se ponen en agua fría con hielo para detener la cocción)
3.Picar cebolla, perejil pepino, chile dulces tipo chismol hondureño. Pepino es al gusto si quiere poner o no poner.
4. Aparte licué apio con cebolla salsa ketchup, salsa soya chile picante al gusto , agregue en licuadora el jugo de 2 limones sin exprimir mucho para no agregar el sumo si queda ácido agregar una cucharadita de azúcar.
5. Mezcla todos los ingredientes y lo deja enfriar un rato en la refrigeradora para servir frío.
6. Puede agregar jugo de tomate clámalo al gusto para que quede algo líquido.

• Egg Noodle Pasta
• 1 small onion finely chopped
• 5 garlic cloves minced
• Old Bay seasoning
• Black pepper
• Salt
• 3 ounces cream cheese

• Hawaiian Rolls
• 1 stalk celery finely chopped
• 1/2 small onion finely chopped
• 3 cloves garlic minced
• Old Bay seasoning
• Black pepper
• Salt
• 3 ounces cream cheese
• 1 green onion for garnish
