Everybody’s going to argue about the number.

I think they’re missing the bigger lesson.

You don’t have to shame someone for their past to decide their lifestyle doesn’t align with the future you want.

Men: attraction is NOT compatibility.

If you want a serious relationship, know your standards before you get emotionally invested—and stop ignoring obvious incompatibilities just because you think she’s beautiful.

You’re allowed to choose based on values.

And if you keep choosing people you know aren’t right for you and getting attached anyway, that’s the pattern we need to fix.

DM me “STANDARDS” if you’re ready to change how you choose relationships.

Modern dating has created a generation of people who don’t want to choose you… but don’t want to lose access to you either.

So they disappear, watch every story, like your posts, send the random “hey stranger” three months later, and resurface the second they feel you moving on.

They don’t necessarily want you.

They just want to know they could still have you.

But here’s the part nobody wants to hear:

You can’t be kept on the back burner without your participation.

Stop accepting breadcrumbs.
Stop reopening doors for inconsistent people.
Stop confusing occasional attention with genuine interest.

You cannot be fully available for the person in front of you while keeping five doors cracked open behind you.

Sometimes dating gets better when you stop collecting options and start making decisions.

Fellas, if you keep ending up in situationships, mixed signals, or feeling like someone’s backup option, I work with men 1-on-1 to break exactly these patterns.

📥 DM me “RESET” and let’s talk.

She thought she was showing the new guy why he was the better option.

Instead, she showed him exactly what could happen to him one day.

Wanting more from your partner isn’t the issue. Leaving a relationship that no longer aligns with you isn’t the issue.

How you leave matters.

If somebody else has already been lined up before your relationship is over, that tells you something about how that person handles loyalty, conflict, and temptation.

And sometimes the person they leave you for sees it too.

Men: if you keep overlooking patterns like this because you’re attracted, attached, or afraid to walk away, I work with men 1-on-1 to fix exactly that.

Dating multiple people at the same time has become so normal that actually focusing on ONE person almost feels unusual now.

Everyone’s “keeping their options open.”

You have a great date with someone… but you’re still swiping that night.

You start building a connection… but you’ve already got two other dates lined up this week.

And eventually dating stops being about, “Do I actually like this person?” and becomes, “Is there someone better?”

There’s nothing inherently wrong with going on a few dates before exclusivity. But at some point, keeping your options open can become the exact reason you never build anything real.

More options haven’t necessarily made us better at dating.

They may have just made us worse at choosing.

If you’ve been seeing someone consistently for a month, would you expect them to stop dating other people?

And fellas, if you’re tired of situationships, mixed signals, chasing women who won’t choose you, or repeating the same dating patterns over and over, that’s exactly what I help men fix through my 1-on-1 coaching.

We identify what’s actually keeping you stuck and build a dating strategy around confidence, standards, boundaries, and choosing the RIGHT women.

A generous man and a man with no boundaries are not the same thing.

I’ve watched this happen to friends of mine personally.

A man gives because he wants to. He provides because that’s naturally who he is.

Then somewhere along the way, his generosity stops being appreciated and starts being expected.

And sometimes the best thing he can possibly do is say:

“No.”

Because her reaction might tell him everything he needed to know.

If respect disappears the moment the benefits disappear, finding that out early might actually be a blessing in disguise.

A good man shouldn’t become less generous.

He should become more discerning about who gets access to his generosity.

Men: if boundaries are something you struggle with in dating or relationships,

Your word used to mean something.

Now people make plans like they’re making a backup reservation.

“I’ll see you Friday.”
“I’m free Saturday.”
“Let’s grab dinner.”

Then the day comes and suddenly they cancel because something “came up.”

And yeah, sometimes life genuinely happens.

But there’s a difference between an emergency and keeping someone on the back burner while you wait to see if a better option appears.

Especially with dating.

If you agreed to dinner with someone, and then a yacht invite, a party, or someone you think is “better” hits your phone… your original commitment shouldn’t suddenly become disposable.

That’s bigger than dating.

That’s character.

Your word means the most when keeping it costs you another opportunity.

Stop treating people like placeholders while you wait for a better offer.

And if someone repeatedly shows you their word means nothing?

Believe the pattern…not the apology.
