Strangers, but also soulmates. 🤗😎
I love seeing fellow Pilates lovers’ takes and sharing in their wins and practice.
Everyone in their own place, working through the system in their own time. Independently, but together.
I love that we all have this universal language of Pilates to unite us. 🫶🥰❤️

Team ‘make informed decisions by experiencing it for yourself.’ 😎
Lots of propaganda out there on all “sides” of fitness, exercise, AND within Pilates-land.
There’s one way to know for sure, what’s right and real and works for you... Try it for yourself. 🤷🏼♀️
You can’t base your opinion on what you see on social media or even hear from your training program.
I think a lot of people also base opinions of the whole on a single teacher or studio experience.
There’s so much variation out there, even within certain “styles.” You can’t even really base the whole on a single experience.
Finding a teacher who brings the work to life for you is key.
I used to say 10 sessions minimum, but that will just get you started… I really think 30 is the magic number to be truly informed.

➡️ Me: “What? Like it’s hard? 😎” (In my best Elle Woods voice.😍🥰😘)
They say you should just do the thing and figure it out later. 🤷🏼♀️ Hence… the Pilates podcast. (Coming soon.)😬🤭
