Stop sign repair in Homestead, FL. Replaced the anchor post and mounting hardware, then reattached the original sign and post, making sure it was straight and plumb. Since my folks were in town, I was lucky enough to make it a “bring your dad to work day”.

This past week was all about drywall repair! Here’s a few before and after shots.

Just completed this drywall repair for a client. Their plumber cut a generous hole while installing a washer outlet box. It’s ready for a final sand, prime and paint. ☑️

Just completed a to-do list for one of my repeat customers:

• Repaired the misaligned back door so it opens and closes smoothly
• Repaired and reinstalled the bedroom closet bi-fold door
• Installed new blinds in the nursery
• Disassembled and realigned the derailed chain on the blinds in the master bedroom to get them working again

It’s the little irritating things around the house that pile up and weigh on ya. But when they’re done, you get to rest easy and enjoy your home.

Coffee crisis averted!

They reached out recently when their coffee roaster’s motor failed. We sourced and installed the replacement and got the roaster back in action.
