⭐️ RENO ⭐️

2023 Bay Gelding | 14.3H | Cow Horse • Rope Horse • Family Horse

One of those young horses that is hard to find. 🤌🏼

Reno has an exceptional mind, a huge stop, tons of cow, and the kind of quiet, safe demeanor that makes him a pleasure to have around. He’s been used outside, worked cattle, started in the roping, and has all the makings of an elite rope horse while still being versatile enough to go in several directions.

The pedigree is stacked. The ability is there. But his MIND is what really sets him apart.

Reno is a horse that our program is genuinely proud of and stands behind 100%. We are excited to offer him through Platinum Horse Sales and confident in what he can become in his next home.

The best part of this job isn’t always the show pen.

It’s the people, the horses, the hard work, the laughs, and all the little moments in between.

A few fun moments with our clients doing what they love.

What a fun weekend at the show!

A big congratulations to Heidi VanStone and Some Kinda Kit Kat on their Non Pro Boxing Spec win! 🏆 Heidi has put in the work, and it was rewarding to see it pay off in the show pen.
So proud of you both.

And a huge congratulations to Audra Oberg and AP Lucky Little Lena “Bolt” on earning the high score in the Short Stirrup! This was only their second time showing together, and they continue to figure each other out and have a ton of fun along the way.

Proud of both of these girls and the work they’re putting in. It’s always special getting to watch these two gain confidence, improve, and enjoy the process! Looking forward to the next one.

Pretty, gentle, and athletic—DHH Rhinestonensage, “Kassy,” is the total package.

Kassy is a 2019 gray mare with the kind of mind, ability, and experience that make her stand out. She stands at 14.3 hands, and is as pretty as they come! She started her riding career on a working ranch, where she learned the value of an honest day’s work. From doctoring and branding calves to covering miles of rough country, Kassy has proven herself to be dependable, willing, and sure-footed. She has seen the kind of real-world experience that many have not.

Over the last several months, Kassy has been in professional reined cow horse training, adding refinement to the solid foundation she already had. She is getting a fancy handle in the arena. She is soft in the bridle, responsive, lopes pretty circles, started on the cutting flag, has excellent body control, and is uncomplicated to operate.

This mare has all the hard work behind her and is ready for someone to enjoy. If you’re looking for a versatile mare with a proven foundation, an outstanding disposition, and all the tools to continue excelling in any direction, Kassy is one you won’t want to overlook.
