Bathrooms and laundry rooms are used every day by everyone for years.
Frameless glass shower, custom vanity, butcher-block counters over the washer and dryer. Built with the same care we put into a kitchen β because these rooms earn it.

There used to be a window here. π¨
A homeowner in Minneapolis wanted one window closed up and the room repainted. That's it β no addition, no reconfiguration. Just a wall that needed to stop being a window.
Swipe through π the opening, the patch, and the finished room.
Here's the part that's harder than it looks: framing it is the easy half. Matching the texture and the finish across an existing wall β so the light lands the same way over the whole surface β is what separates a patch you can spot from one you can't.

Peeling paint is rarely a paint problem. πͺ
When paint lets go, it's usually telling you something about the wood underneath β or about the gutter, flashing, or joint that's been sending water down that spot for years. Repaint over it and you'll be back next summer with the same board.
Swipe for three ways to read your exterior wood π including the nail test that takes ten seconds and tells you almost everything.
Prep is the paint job. Everything else is just color.

The island everyone asks about. π€
Matte black cabinetry, white tile, and a custom fluted-wood island with a marble top and a rounded end.
Fluting is one of those details that sounds small and changes the whole room. Every ridge catches light a little differently, so an island this size reads warm instead of heavy. Wrapping it around a curve is the hard part β and that's the part you're actually looking at.

A formal dining room πΏ
Deep green walls, a walnut table, and a built-in hutch that holds everything without looking like storage. A window seat where the light lands.
Most formal dining rooms sit empty except for holidays. The goal here was the opposite β a room worth walking into on a regular Tuesday.

You saw the passes. Here's the room. π¨
An interior repaint in Kenwood β beige to a deep, quiet gray that finally lets the trim and the hardwood do their thing. Same room, completely different feeling.
But the color is the last part. The work is everything before it: prepping the surface, sealing the gaps, and going back over the same wall until it's right. That's what makes it hold up.
Swipe for the before and after π

Almost everything you're watching happens before any color touches a wall. Mixing, taping, cutting in β the slow parts nobody pictures when they think about painting a room.
The wall itself is the fast part. It's also the only part most people ever see.
That's the difference between paint that looks good on day one and work that's still holding up in ten years.

Moss isn't the problem. It's the warning. π
Wherever moss or mildew is growing on your home, that spot is staying wet β and wet is exactly what rot needs to get started. Cleaning it off just treats the symptom; if the water is still sitting there, it comes right back. And so does the rot underneath.
Swipe for the three things to check π β including the one most people never think to look at.
