Original Survey Solutions

A hometown project that will serve the entire Central Valley.

OSS is proud to support the construction of Sutter Health’s new $380 million Advanced Cancer Center in Modesto. With our headquarters just down the road, this project hits close to home.

OSS is on site throughout construction, supporting key milestones with accurate field data and surveying expertise. We’re proud to work alongside California Erectors Inc. and on a project that will make a lasting impact on our community.

Yushin brings over 20 years of technical experience that complements our core surveying expertise and strengthens our ability to take on larger, more complex projects — delivering clients more integrated solutions from concept to completion.

As a former firm owner, Yushin joins OSS as a Principal and will lead our Growth Department, bringing a strong background in business development and a deep network of industry relationships.

His ability to connect people, build partnerships, and identify new opportunities comes at an exciting time as OSS continues to grow.

Welcome to the team, Yushin! We’re excited to have you on board.

We’re excited to share a small change with a big impact. The reason for the URL change is simple: growth. We’ve grown in size, expanded our services, and broadened our geographic reach. While surveying will always be at the core of what we do, OSS now also offers additional services. We are bigger and more diverse, and we believe our brand should reflect that.

What’s new:
• Our website is now shorter (but the old URL still works)
• Our emails will soon come from the new shorter URL

We’re still the same team, with the same high standards and strong commitment to doing the job right. We’ve just made it easier for you to find us.

There’s a lot happening at OSS, including new hires, new locations, magazine features, and more. If you haven’t visited our website lately, it only takes a second to type it in, so come check us out or click here: https://oss.net
