The best meals are shared with the ones you love. Enjoy delicious family-style dining at Kadhai Indian Cuisine in Monroe, WA where the spice level is perfect, the mango lassis are chilled to a refreshing degree, and the conversation flows easily.
There’s no wrong way to play it, but the tikka masala, vindaloo, and garlic naan are all worth the stop. There’s also no rule that says you can’t order to go and enjoy dal tarka and pakoras on basmati rice as you sit around the campfire. In fact, that’s a pro move.

The Cascade Loop Scenic Highway is a 440-mile, nationally recognized scenic byway that lets you connect the dots across Washington state's diverse landscapes. The journey takes you from the waterfront in Mukilteo across the Cascade Mountains, through orchard country, into North Cascades National Park, across farmland and out to the islands.
Monroe is the perfect base camp for this adventure. It's the ideal jumping-off point to explore the Cascade Loop.

The Monroe Reptile Zoo thrilled generations of residents and visitors. Now, under new ownership and after a rebrand and revisioning of the building, the Monroe Wildlife Center is all glowed up and ready for your visit. The animal pens have been upgraded to be more spacious, and visitors are encouraged to get hands-on by feeding most of the animals and encountering mammals like otters, capybaras, goats, and bunnies. This is like the big zoo experience but without the lines and parking chaos.
Get ready to make memories with this collection of adorable fuzzy, scaley, and furry creatures.
