Spec Ranger Trucks Weekend Recap – Stateline Speedway Doubleheader

What a weekend!

The Spec Ranger Trucks took on the most intense track we've raced to date at Stateline Speedway. The course featured four jumps total, including a massive 70-foot jump on the back straightaway that had the trucks absolutely flying. The front stretch featured 35–40-foot doubles that rewarded perfect timing with huge air—but if you missed your mark, you were definitely casing the landing.

Track conditions kept everyone on their toes. Saturday's surface was heavily watered, while Sunday's became a bit dusty. Neither condition was ideal, but that's all part of racing, and every driver had to adapt.

The weekend wasn't without some carnage. On Sunday, Austin and Garrett Kramer made contact, and with the amount of dust on the track, Shane Bear unfortunately became involved in the incident as well. Austin Kramer took the brunt of the damage with a broken axle. Shane's truck also suffered what appears to have been a control arm failure during the incident, which later in the race punctured the oil filter. Thankfully, despite a brief scare, the truck never caught fire.

Overall, it was an incredible weekend filled with mud, dirt, huge jumps, and great racing. The fans loved every minute of it, and so did we.

We can't wait to get back to Stateline Speedway!
