Each month, we break down a few key housing market indicators to make it easier to follow what's happening across Monroe County and the City of Monroe.

What stands out this month?
• Homes that sold countywide moved quickly, spending a median of just 14 days on the market.

• Countywide, homes sold for essentially their full asking price, with a 99.99% sale-to-list price ratio. In the City of Monroe, the ratio was 98.17%.

• Nearly 8 out of every 10 listings sold countywide during the reporting period, compared with just over 7 out of 10 in the City of Monroe.

• The average home sold for at or slightly above its asking price, based on the sale-to-list price ratio.
• More than 7 out of every 10 listings sold in Monroe County during the reporting period, while the City of Monroe saw more than 8 out of every 10 listings sell.
