40+ year critical care nurse turning my hobby into a business
Will be updating a weekly menu on Fridays, pre orders need submitted Tues, pickups Fridays.
Birthday and specialty cakes available anytime, price varies on complexity. Started dabbling in cake decorating in 1988 when my roommate and best friend was in to it. Over the years and after watching many a cake show, I challenged myself to see if I could recreate what they were doing. Never took a class, just loved the challenge.

Caramel Apple Upside Down Cake
Feeding the sourdough for a big batch of Levain for orders this weekend. If you want to place an order for any flavor or a pumpkin shaped pumpkin loaf let me know by tomorrow so I can make enough for Sunday baking! You also get an entry for the free gingerbread house (it lights up!!). Also making pumpkin and vanilla macarons that will be baked on Sun if you want to get in on some of those!
