Kitchen remodel:

This kitchen was a complete remodel — everything changed for better function and a fresh look, all based on my client's vision.

We kept the original footprint and left the plumbing in place, which saved a ton of money. My client's wish list was simple: more storage, a bigger stove, and a look that stayed clean and classic.

White shaker cabinets bring timeless appeal, while a rich countertop and backsplash add warmth and depth to the space. Removing the old soffit let us go taller with the cabinetry, and taking out the existing pantry (which ate up a lot of space) made room for custom built-ins with pull-out shelves — so much more functional than a traditional pantry. That extra space also gave us room for a proper coffee and beverage station.

With a little bit of planning and the right finishes and materials, this kitchen turned out exactly the way my client wanted!!

Studio apartment:

Can't believe where all those years went…we were the center of her small world one moment, and the next she is living an independent life in the big city all by herself!! We are so proud of her and all that she has accomplished through hard work and dedication. The little bird has finally flown out of the nest — a feeling that truly can't be described in words!!

Although it's been a while since she moved out, it took me a while to finally get pictures of her apartment…but here I am, sharing the joy

She knew exactly what she wanted — the vision was hers, I just helped bring it to life! With a carefully chosen color palette and a budget-conscious mindset (hello, first apartment!), we sourced some amazing finds from Amazon, Target, and HomeGoods. Proof that you don't need to spend a fortune to create a space that feels like home.

Master bath and guest bathroom remodel:

I recently got back from a long India trip. Meeting parents and family is always a joy!! I finished this bathroom project before I had left and now I finally got to share the pictures with you! 🌿

My client wanted a simple, clean design for her master bathroom with light warm colors — and that's exactly what we created! She loved the idea of a floating vanity, and I designed a custom one for her that is a beautiful balance of form and function. Yes, floating vanities offer less storage, but they look so sleek and modern! To make up for that, we added a tower cabinet on one side — so she gets the best of both worlds. We tiled all the way to the ceiling and added a large niche with an accent tile to create a stunning focal point in the room. The transformation from what the space was before is truly remarkable. It now feels calm, warm, and soothing — exactly what a master bathroom should feel like!

The guest bath got a fresh new look too — new tiles, vanity, and lighting. Small changes, big impact.

Every detail was chosen with care and my client's vision in mind!!

Media Wall and Accent wall:

It's been a little while since I've shared here, but I've been busy doing what I love most — helping clients transform their homes! ✨

My clients had just moved into a new construction home and wanted to add a personal touch to their space. Their family room had a two-story blank wall that felt very sparse. They wanted a wow factor — something that would immediately draw attention to the wall while also providing functionality to hold a large TV and display shelving.

I designed a custom media wall with the scale of the room in mind. It features large niches for displaying décor pieces, including a special spot to showcase one of my clients' beautiful large brass statues. Each niche is highlighted with a spotlight, and we added fluted panels at the back to bring in texture. Painting them in a slightly darker shade — SW Natural Tan — made that texture really pop.

The formal living room was also a blank slate. We added picture frame molding on one wall and painted it in a calming, beautiful color — BM Smoke. My clients wanted turquoise and orange accents in the room, and the accent wall creates the perfect backdrop for their décor. Since this is the first room guests see when they enter the home, it sets a warm and welcoming tone right away.

So excited to finally share this one — needless to say, my clients love it!

Family room makeover … feels cozy and inviting with the right size furniture!! My clients did the DIY by painting the built-ins which made a big difference in the overall feel of the room!! They were going for a light and airy feel and that’s what we achieved.

Living room makeover:

My client had all the foundational pieces in the room but wanted to make the room feel cozy and inviting. We started by switching the gray walls to warm white. For wall decor, we used some of her existing pieces and added a few new pieces to create a gallery wall. We also added few more furniture pieces like coffee table, end tables, and a chair to improve functionality. A new rug, pillows, plants and her collected decor instantly brought the room to life!!

In the dining room, storage was the priority. I sourced cost-effective sideboards that offer plenty of storage while complimenting the space and her existing dining table. We used four of them, spanning over 120” in width. Layering art and decor on top helped fill and style the long surface.

Small changes, big impact … this project shows how thoughtful editions, combined with what you already own, can truly transform a space!! It always brings me joy to know that my clients are happy!!

Home Office Makeover:

My client’s home office looked nice, but she wanted to elevate it further. We chose dark, rich, earthy green walls. To add interest, we designed a focal wall with picture frame molding and a fun geometric wallpaper inside the frames – this became the main feature, eliminating the need for any wall décor.

A new light fixture, window curtains, and a cozy reading nook completed the look.

While the original desk was nice, my client wanted the functionality of a standing desk, so we replaced it. The highlight of the project, however, was the credenza. My client – who had never painted before – got inspired to repurpose it with chalk paint. The piece was the perfect size and provided storage, but its original color didn’t fit the new decor. She did an incredible job transforming it, and now it looks amazing in the room!!
