DESIGN DETAILS WE LOVE 🌿
A little architectural detail can completely change a room. This floor-to-ceiling Shaker-style wall paneling adds depth and character, while the deep green paint makes the space feel rich and modern.
Thinking about adding a little more personality to your walls? Paint and custom trim work can make a big impact without a full renovation.

Good Morning from Legacy Circle in Lely! We’re restoring the stucco before giving the condo a fresh coat of paint.
Damaged areas are repaired, the stucco is restored, and the building is prepped for a clean, finished look.
It’s all part of doing the job right—not just making it look good today, but addressing the condition of the building underneath.

🌴 Coastal color inspiration, straight from Sherwin-Williams.
Soft aqua, warm blush, sandy neutrals and crisp whites—the Key West Coastal palette brings the colors of Florida indoors without feeling overly “beachy.”
If you’re ready for a color refresh but aren’t sure where to start, we can help you choose a palette that works with your home, your light and your style. And, of course, we use premium Sherwin-Williams paint on our projects.
Which color are you bringing home? 🌊
🚿 Now THIS is a before & after.
This bathroom was a complete gut job, taking a space that hadn’t been updated since the ’90s (or maybe even earlier!) and giving it a much-needed refresh.
Everything came out and the new bathroom was rebuilt with a much cleaner, more modern feel—from the updated tile and finishes to the fixtures and contemporary details throughout.
Sometimes a fresh coat of paint will do the trick. And sometimes…you just have to start over. 😄 This families decision to start over was the right one!
Update on “Job Site Surprises” from last week…
Gabriel is out at the Estero Island Yacht Club on Fort Myers Beach inspecting the team’s work. We still cannot believe these columns had zero structural support!
