Michelle Ross RN,BSN is the founder and owner of Alera Concierge, a private concierge nursing service proudly serving Naples, Bonita Springs, Marco island and the surrounding areas. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Franciscan University of Steubenville, with a minor in biology, and holds advanced certificates in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and BLS (Basic Life Support). With 30 years experience in critical care, including ICU, CVICU, LTAC (Long Term Acute Care), and pre-and post-operative surgical nursing, Michelle brings unparalleled expertise, compassion, and dedication to her clients. Her vision is to combine clinical excellence with personalized, white-glove service-ensuring clients and families receive the highest standard of care with comfort, dignity, and peace of mind.
