π Five go-lives in two months. Big month for our implementation team.
Across June and July, we brought five clients live β commercial and community banks, a life insurance company, and a municipal water and sewer authority β spanning both print statements and eStatements. We also completed a core conversion for an existing client, moving their full document suite onto a new platform.
Every go-live represents months of mapping, testing, and coordination between our teams and our clients' β and a lot of trust placed in us along the way.
To our implementation, BA, and PM teams: nicely done. And to the institutions that went live with us β thanks for bringing us along.

βοΈ Behind every smooth implementation is a team quietly moving a lot of pieces.
In July, our project management and business analyst teams closed 21 project SOWs, advanced 83 job tickets to customer approval or beyond, and completed 89 BA tasks β building on an already strong June.
Those aren't just numbers on a dashboard. Each one is a document type mapped, a workflow tested, or a bank one step closer to go-live.
Hats off to our BA and PM teams. The work is detailed, unglamorous, and exactly why implementations land on schedule.

Great moment from P3 in Omaha πΈ Our VP of Customer Success & Strategic Partnerships, Gretchen Renaud, took the stage to talk through one of the biggest questions facing banks and credit unions right now: what happens if electronic delivery becomes the default for regulated documents?
The SEC's proposed Regulation E-Delivery would flip the long-standing print-first model, and Gretchen's message to the room was simple β the time to think about whether you're ready is now, not after the rule lands.
If you're at P3, come find us at Booth #10 β we'd love to talk it through.

π Live from Omaha β we're at the P3 Fall Conference.
Greg Nester, Gretchen Renaud and Chaz Nagy are on site at the Omaha Marriott Downtown this week.
Stop by booth 10 and say hello β always good to talk through what's next in customer communications.

π± Nearly half of U.S. consumers open their banking app every single day. That's more touchpoints than any branch or campaign will ever get.
Q2's Personal Bank report with The Harris Poll found 48% of consumers interact with their bank's app or site daily β and 74% across every generation want a more personalized experience. Two-thirds are comfortable with their institution using their data to deliver it.
Here's the part that often gets missed: eStatements and document access are a core piece of that daily digital experience. When every statement, notice, and tax form is right there β searchable, complete, going back years β the app feels dependable. When documents are missing or hard to find, that's where friction shows up.
And statements themselves are prime real estate for personalization. They're one of the few communications customers actually open on purpose, month after month.
