From Wuji to Taiji – from formless to forms
We were honored to welcome Professor Cai Guangfu to the Shaolin Institute – a bearer of the intangible cultural heritage of Ye‑style Wuji Zhuang (standing meditation).
He shared profound wisdom on essence of Taijiquan, on Wuji Stance, and the Origin of Ye’s Wuji Zhuang.

This weekend, our Shaolin Institute team had the honor of competing at the 28th Annual International Chinese Martial Arts Championship in Orlando, Florida – the premier Chinese martial arts tournament in North America. 🥋🏅
Standing alongside martial artists from across the continent, our students carried with them not just their techniques, but the spirit, grit, and heart we put into every performance.
And we are proud to share:

A heartfelt acknowledgment to every competitor, whose dedication, discipline, and countless hours of practice shone through in every form and every movement. 🙏
But more than the medals—we brought home the courage to step onto the floor, the lessons learned through every breath, and the deep knowing that every moment of practice prepared us for this.
We are immensely proud of every single competitor who represented our Shaolin family. 🙏
