Part-Time Admin Assistant / Secretary Wanted

We’re looking for a friendly, organised person to help support our small growing business with general admin tasks.

The role will start at around 4–5 hours per week, with flexibility on when the hours are worked, and there is potential for more hours over time.

A big part of the role can be done from home, so it would suit someone looking for flexible part-time work around family, studies, or other commitments.

What you’ll be helping with:

* Managing emails and general correspondence
* Scheduling appointments and organising diaries
* Basic admin and paperwork
* Keeping things organised and running smoothly

We’re looking for someone who is:

* Friendly and reliable
* Organised and proactive
* Comfortable using email and basic computer systems
* Able to work independently
* Good with communication and attention to detail

Previous admin experience is helpful but not essential — attitude and reliability are more important.

Location: Flexible / Mainly work from home
Hours: Approx. 4–5 hours per week initially
