In-Line Packaging Systems manufactures production lines and individual components, such as fillers, labelers, and rinsers, for a variety of industries.

We began as In-Line Labeling in 1994 to support and rebuild cold-glue labeling machines designed and built by George Meyer Manufacturing, originally in Worcester, MA. Starting in 1997, we began to design a new pressure sensitive machine and after patenting a number of processes, we launched our new line in 1997. Since then, we have produced over a thousand machines serving industries that are very

Big performance doesn't always require a big footprint.

Every production floor is different. Some facilities have plenty of room to expand. Others need every square foot to work harder.

This custom vinegar packaging line was engineered to deliver a complete filling, capping, labeling, and conveying solution while fitting into an incredibly compact space. Instead of asking the customer to redesign their facility, we designed the equipment around their operation.

That's what custom machinery should do.

At In-Line Packaging, we believe the best equipment isn't just reliable—it's built specifically for the people who use it every day.

Some projects remind us why we love what we do.

We recently built packaging equipment for Woodford Reserve, a brand known around the world for quality and craftsmanship.

It's always an honor when companies with high standards trust us to build equipment that becomes part of their production process.

We're proud of the work our team puts into every machine that leaves our shop.

Not every problem in manufacturing is solved with automation alone.

Sometimes quality still comes down to experience, craftsmanship, and people who take pride in doing the job right.

At In-Line Packaging Systems, we believe there’s value in staying hands-on. That means real machining, real fabrication, and real accountability throughout the build process — because the details matter when customers are depending on consistent production.

We’re proud to build machinery the same way we approach customer relationships: with precision, ownership, and long-term commitment.

Every machine tells a story before it ever ships.

This one is being assembled in-house by our team right here in South Carolina. By keeping fabrication, assembly, and integration under one roof, we maintain tighter quality control, faster problem solving, and a level of craftsmanship that’s hard to replicate with outsourced production.

It’s not just about building machines. It’s about building equipment the right way — with people who care about the final result.

Every great labeling system starts long before the machine ever runs.

It starts right here—engineers, technicians, and builders working through the details together to solve a unique application.

This project required a custom approach to handle a complex product and labeling requirement. Instead of forcing a standard solution, our team collaborated to get it right—from component selection to final layout.

That’s how you avoid issues later.
That’s how you build it right.

We had the opportunity to host a local high school entrepreneurship class at our facility this week.

It’s always a great experience showing students what goes into building packaging equipment—from initial concepts all the way through final assembly.

They asked some great questions and got a hands-on look at how ideas turn into real-world solutions.

We appreciate them taking the time to visit and learn more about manufacturing and automation.
