All QJC events are sliding scale - no one is turned away for lack of funds - and we invite those who can pay more to do so to cover costs.

Affirming Voices is ready for you to register! We've got dates, locations, and teachers lined up for Tuesday evenings this July and August (July 7 - August 11 to be exact).

Affirming Voices is a group space where we'll explore speaking and singing techniques that help expand range and tone so that you can make choices about how you'd like to sound when you speak and sing.

We don't have any specific preconceptions about how you SHOULD sound - our goal is to support you on your journey - and to provide a space where you and your classmates can provide support and understanding to one another.

Registration is open at queerjoycollaborative.org, with a limit of 10-12 students. As always, our offerings operate on a sliding scale so that ability to pay need not be a barrier to joining our community.

Friends, the show is almost here! We can't wait to share our semester's work with you, to sing with you, and to eat a delicious pot luck picnic with you.
The performance will be in the main performance room at Bombyx, and then we'll have picnic dinner outside (weather permitting). Bring chairs, blankets, and food to share.
And, come ready to feel connected to the people around you. That's what it's all about.
