The assignment: DRESS LIKE YOUR FUTURE SELF I’m dressed like a RETIRED counselor (*emphasis on the retired school counselor part) heavy on the mixed media artist 😬

The background inspired the flow. I wanted to embody harmony with being underwater without being submerged.

My artwork has been a love letter to black women in a world that often chooses not to love us back. As a black woman my love letter will be forever written. This new chapter has me exploring a new journey called Afrohe.
