The Commission judges the GPM Individual Sustainability Award on contribution and influence. Seniority and project size do not decide it.

A strong nomination answers two questions clearly:

🎯 Primary contribution (up to 200 words): what has this person done that advances Sustainable Project Management™? Individual work and group efforts both count.
➕ Additional contributions (two to four, up to 125 words each): projects led, new processes, published articles, workshops, conference presentations, or any other evidence of sustained impact.

Be specific. "She redesigned her organization's project governance to embed sustainability at every stage" tells the Commission far more than "she is a great leader." Add links to the publications, reports, or recordings that support each point.

The New GPM Ambassador Portal went live this week, and it includes two working online tools. The P5 Impact Analysis scores a project against fifty-two impact elements, where one severe impact holds the whole score down until it is resolved rather than being averaged away. GPM Project GHG Accounting gives three carbon figures and keeps them apart: delivering the project, running what it hands over, and what it avoids against a reference you declare. Every line carries its factor source, its license, and the scope it lands in.
