this is going to be a very vulnerable post, it’s really hard in America where we can’t talk about our mental health without worrying that they’re going to lock us up.

It’s pretty unfair because most of us wake up with no joy in our life anymore. I know I’m one of them people would look at me from the outside and think that I had everything in the world and I should be happy but it’s actually quite opposite. I was adopted when I was young, I didn’t feel love as a child and now I’m struggling as an adult.

therapy is $150 a session and some of us just can’t afford it. Unfortunately, this is the world that we live in. So if you’re reading this and you can relate I just wanna let you know. I know life is hard but thank you for staying.
