to the 2026 RALLY with Reproductive Health Collaborative Nebraska last week!

Hightower Reff Law was proud to join several community sponsors in supporting this year’s event, which brought together more than 100 people in support of protecting access to sexual and reproductive health care across Nebraska.

The evening helped raise awareness about the challenges people face when accessing care throughout our state while building support for RHCN’s mission.

We’re grateful to have been one of the many organizations supporting an event centered on access, education, and community.

Thank you to Reproductive Health Collaborative Nebraska for the important work you continue to do across our state!

Say it with us: contraception is essential healthcare. 📣

That’s the message we drove home last week at Rally, our inaugural contraceptive access fundraiser. Thank you to the repro rockstars who joined us to bolster access and honor our first Reproductive Health Champion Award recipient, Jane Dinsdale-Rogers!

Together, we raised invaluable funds to directly support access for Nebraskans in need. We know that increased access to the full range of contraceptive methods benefits the health, education, economic stability, and overall well-being of our communities. This access shouldn’t depend on your zip code, but over 100,000 Nebraska women still live in contraceptive deserts—this is why we RALLY!

Help us as we work to close this gap! Make a contribution today: https://givebutter.com/rally-2026-donations

Confidentiality is a key part of providing sexual and reproductive healthcare—especially when working with adolescents. This month's Training Center Online session will explore challenging situations and examples for discussing reproductive health with adolescent patients when confidentiality is difficult to achieve.

Participants in this session will identify topics that are best addressed in confidential settings, explore strategies for when parents or guardians are reluctant to allow confidentiality during a visit, and consider ways to build trust with teens who might be reluctant to respond or engage with a provider.
