Anyways I will share the full Ghevar recipe soon but as everyone is making ghevar at home, don’t make these mistakes;

1. Always take deep, heavy-bottomed pan as ghee/oil spills out and you can see how mine caught fire.
2. Keep kids away as oil splatter very badly everywhere
3. Wear cotton clothes to avoid any accidents
4. If you are new to cooking, don’t do experiments with ghevar, try any easy dessert first. Leave ghevar for halwai
5. Don’t fill the pan too much with ghee
6. Make sure the batter is thin and lump-free
7. Pour the batter from a height, but slowly
8. Wait between each pour
9. Keep the flame controlled
10. Never add water to a ghee/oil fire.
11. Use long-handled tools
12. Don’t walk away from the pan
13. Keep your workspace clutter-free
