I wish I could say I’ll be less annoying with my posting frequency, but I just have too many exciting things happening!

Announcing my next show at Sophia Stefanowski , featuring my NEW original, Alluring Beauty, that has not been unveiled to the public yet (until today!). This my first small scale piece to be part of my synesthesia series. Making my style of art at such a small scale was a challenge, but challenge has been a theme for me lately. So, I am embracing it.

Yesterday’s Root2Fruit festival was incredible! Thank you so much Forbidden Fruit | Creative Wellness for the opportunity to have my art displayed on the digital projection at Sunset Social ! This event was a beautiful experience of creative wellness and community.

Last night was the closing reception for the JOY exhibition. So incredibly grateful for all of the support this show has received over the last couple of months! Thank you The People’s Gallery for this stellar opportunity. Made some sales, as well as some new friends!

Inspired by Lana Del Rey’s Radio, a song about emerging from a difficult past and stepping into a life that finally feels sweet, intoxicating, and entirely your own.

I wanted this painting to carry that same feeling. A mixture of deep and bright, saturated tones to create something that feels hypnotic. This song has a lot of swirling pinks and oranges. Lana’s voice in this song appears almost like a mist.

The tulip represents femininity, sensuality, openness, and the quiet power of being alluring without needing to perform for anyone.

I think that’s why this painting and Radio feels especially relevant to me right now. I’m in a chapter of reclaiming myself; my independence, my creativity, my femininity, all parts of myself that needed to be rediscovered.

A little seduction. A little softness. A little “how do you like me now?” 🌷
