Clear insights, smarter decisions, and marketing built to move the needle, improve demand, and increase revenue.
Most business owners don't know this: every ad your competitors are running is public.
Meta Ad Library shows you every Facebook and Instagram ad they have live right now. Google Ads Transparency Center does the same for search, display, and YouTube. You type in the business name. That's the whole process. Both are free, no account needed.
Why it's worth ten minutes of your time:
If an ad has been running for months, it's working. Nobody keeps paying to run an ad that loses money. So the ads still up are the ones that survived a real budget and real testing, and you get to see the results without spending a dollar.
One thing though. Do not copy the ad.
Copy their ad and you get their message with your budget behind it, and you lose. Their creative was built for their offer, their pricing, and their audience. What you actually want is the angle. What problem do they lead with. What offer shows up in every version. What is nobody in your market talking about.
Go look up your top competitor right now.

7,462 people got the email. 854 opened it.
It still made $10,000.
If you only looked at the open rate, you would have called this campaign a failure and rewritten the whole thing. Here is what open rate cannot tell you, and what to read instead.
$10,000 divided by 7,462 is 97 cents per person on the list. The ecommerce benchmark sits between 10 and 30 cents.
That one number beats open rate because it survives everything that makes open rate unreliable. Apple hides opens. Images get blocked. Bots inflate them. Nobody can fake revenue.
Clicks divided by opens. This campaign ran at 29.4%. Typical is 10 to 15%.
Here is why the pairing matters. Low opens with a high click-to-open rate means your offer is fine and your email is not reaching the inbox. High opens with a low click-to-open rate means the reverse: you are getting delivered, and the offer is not landing.
Two completely different problems, two completely different fixes, and open rate alone cannot tell them apart.
So $10,000 came from about 9% of the list. The other 6,800 did nothing.
The instinct is to say the list is weak. It is the opposite. The buyers were there the whole time. Earlier launches to this same list came in under $2,000, and the difference was not a better product or a better offer. It was finally reaching people who were already going to buy.
Which leads to the counterintuitive part... emailing fewer people would probably make more money.
Those 6,800 dead contacts are not neutral.
When most of your list ignores you, they start filing you under Promotions or spam for everyone, including the 680 who actually buy. Cutting the dead weight repairs placement for the people who matter.
What you can do with this information:
- Calculate revenue per recipient on your last campaign. Under 30 cents means there is real room.
- Calculate click-to-open. Over 20% and your offer is fine, so go fix delivery.
- Pull everyone who clicked and did not buy. Warmest segment you own, and almost nobody emails them separately.
- Pull everyone who has not opened in 90 days. Run a three-email win-back, then stop mailing whoever ignores all three. Do not unsubscribe them; just stop sending.
- Send emails twice based on segmentation. One follow-up on this campaign added another $2,784.
What is your revenue per recipient on your last send? Most people I ask have never run the number.

Five things every website should have installed. All free, about an hour total.
✔️Google Search Console tells you what people typed to find you.
✔️Google Analytics 4 tells you what they did once they got there.
✔️Microsoft Clarity records real visits so you can watch where people get stuck.
✔️Ahrefs Webmaster Tools runs a free technical audit on any site you own.
✔️The Meta Pixel builds your audience in the background, even if you’re not running ads yet.
And the part almost nobody does: connect them. Search Console into GA4. Clarity into GA4. Separately they’re dashboards you’ll never open. Connected, they tell you what people searched, what they did, and where they gave up.
Data starts collecting the day you install it and not one day sooner. Wait six months to feel ready and you’ll start that conversation with zero history instead of six months of it.
Install now, so you’ll have the data to make data driven decisions.

The clients we love, and the ones we’re hoping to meet 🧡
The first image is who we get to work with every week. Coaches, therapists, home service pros, ecommerce brands, nonprofits.
The second is who we’d love to add next.
And no, you don’t have to be local to us or even be on this list. We’ve worked with clients across all kinds of industries, close by and far away.
If marketing keeps sliding to the bottom of your to-do list, that’s the part we take off your plate. SEO, paid ads, websites, and the strategy behind all of it.

Most people think scaling comes from “better ads.”
That wasn’t the case here.
This client went from doing around $3K/month… to consistent 6-figure months.
Yes, we managed the Google Ads.
But that alone isn’t what created the growth.
Because ads don’t fix broken systems.
They expose them.
What actually made the difference was everything around the ads:
- A clear PPC strategy focused on intent, not just traffic
- Messaging that built trust before someone even clicked
- Landing pages aligned with the offer
- CRM and follow-up systems that didn’t let leads slip through
- Off-page work to strengthen authority and visibility
Ongoing strategy and optimization, not “set it and forget it”
That’s what allowed the campaigns to scale.
Not just more spending. Not just more clicks.
A system that actually worked.
Most businesses skip this part… and wonder why their ads don’t convert.
If your marketing feels like it should be working but isn’t, it’s usually not one thing. It’s how everything connects.

Most businesses don’t have a traffic problem.
They have a visibility problem.
This client came to us buried on page 4 of Google…
Basically invisible.
They were ranking on page 1 for their primary keywords.
But what matters more than rankings is what happened next:
→ Went from 2–3 calls per week
→ To 15+ inbound leads
And nothing about their business changed.
- No new services.
- No rebrand.
- No big website overhaul.
Just the marketing.
That’s the difference between:
“having a website”…and actually being found.
If you’re not showing up when people are searching for what you offer, you’re losing business to someone who is.
Plain and simple.

Most businesses think their marketing problem is one thing.
- Better ads.
- Better targeting.
- Better creative.
But the truth is…
Marketing isn’t one piece.
It’s a system.
You can have:
- Great ads… but a weak landing page
- Strong traffic… but no follow-up
- Good messaging… but the wrong audience
And the result is always the same:
You spend money… and don’t see the return you should.
Because one strong piece won’t fix a broken system.
What actually drives results is how everything works together:
Targeting → Creative → Landing Page → Follow-Up
If one part breaks, the entire funnel underperforms.
That’s where most businesses lose money without realizing it.
If your marketing “should be working” but isn’t…
It’s probably not the tactic.
It’s probably the system.
If you want help identifying where things are breaking down, we’ll walk through it with you.

“Should I run Google Ads or Facebook Ads?”
The honest answer is… it depends.
Not because we’re avoiding the question, but because they serve completely different purposes.
Google Ads works when people are already searching for a solution.
Facebook Ads works when they don’t even know they need one yet.
- One captures demand. The other creates it.
Where most businesses go wrong is trying to force one platform to do both.
That’s when you end up with:
- Traffic that doesn’t convert
- Ads that feel expensive with no return
- Campaigns that stall out quickly
The reality is, the strongest strategies use both — but in the right way, at the right time.
If you’re currently running ads (or thinking about it), this breakdown will help you avoid a lot of wasted spend.

If your Google Ads aren’t working… it’s probably not what you think.
Most people assume it’s:
- Not enough budget,
- The wrong keywords
- Or “Google Ads just don’t work for my business”
But after looking at a lot of accounts, that’s rarely the real issue.
Here’s what’s actually going wrong:
1. You’re getting clicks… but not conversions
Traffic alone doesn’t mean anything. If your landing page isn’t built to convert, you’re paying for visitors who leave.
2. There’s no trust built on the page
No testimonials, no proof, no real reason to believe you. And if people don’t trust you, they don’t convert. It’s that simple.
3. Your ad and landing page don’t match
If someone clicks expecting one thing and lands on something else, they bounce immediately.
👉 This is where most campaigns break.
The ad gets the click…
But everything after that determines whether you get a lead or waste money.
If your ads feel like they “should be working” but aren’t, it’s usually a page issue, not an ads issue.
If you want, I can take a look and show you exactly where things are off on your landing page or funnel.
*This doesn’t mean there aren’t usually improvements from an ad side as well.
