A lot of leaders hear "build a coaching culture" and picture something awkward: endless questions, no straight answers, and a team that's more frustrated than empowered. In this clip, Farnia Fresnel shares why that picture is wrong (and there's a laugh in it you'll recognize).
Here's the simple version:
A coaching culture is a workplace where developing people's judgment is part of everyday work, not a special conversation saved for performance reviews. Leaders still decide, direct, and share what they know. The difference is that they also make room for their people to grow into confident decision makers.
