EO-Philadelphia

Big growth deserves a big congratulations.

EO Philadelphia is proud to celebrate our members named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 — an incredible recognition of the founders, teams and businesses driving serious growth.

Congratulations to Jim Smith, Tina Daroff Hamilton, Charbel Sarkis, Andrew Tomasetti and Rory O’Hara on earning a place among America’s fastest-growing companies.

It takes vision to build. Discipline to scale. And a great team to keep pushing forward.

We’re proud to have each of you in the EO Philadelphia community!

Forum, learning and relationships are a big part of why members join EO. But they’re only part of what’s here.

EO also gives members the chance to step up, contribute and lead — first within their chapter, then across a region and even globally. Along the way, the network gets bigger, the relationships get broader and the opportunity to make an impact grows with it.

EO doesn’t just have to be something you participate in. It can become something you help build.

“Don't equate Forum with a Masterminds group or similar settings. EO has a method in which you become more vulnerable than you ever imagined and supported unconditionally by your group. Its trust. Its deep understanding. It becomes your safe place. “

EO Forum isn’t just another business group, it’s a room built on trust. It’s where you can drop the guard, speak openly, and be met with real understanding from people, like Tina Daroff Hamilton, who live the same entrepreneurial highs and lows. That depth of support changes how you lead, and how you grow.
