TCS Property Management specializes in the professional management of single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, and small multifamily properties. We are looking for a Property Manager who understands that successful residential property management is about more than collecting rent and processing maintenance requests. It requires ownership, organization, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage relationships with landlords, residents, vendors, and internal team members.

Key Responsibilities
The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of residential properties and serving as a primary point of accountability for the day-to-day management of those assets.

Responsibilities include:

Manage relationships and communications with property owners and residents.

Oversee the daily operation of an assigned portfolio of single-family residential properties.

Respond promptly and professionally to owner and resident questions and concerns.

Coordinate maintenance requests with our maintenance department, vendors, residents, and property owners.

Monitor outstanding maintenance issues and ensure proper follow-through and resolution.

Assist with move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, notices, inspections, and resident transitions.

Monitor rent collections, delinquencies, lease compliance, and other property-level issues.

Coordinate with leasing professionals regarding vacancies, property readiness, showings, applications, and new leases.

Review property conditions and escalate significant maintenance, safety, compliance, or resident concerns.

Maintain accurate property and resident records within company systems.

Work closely with accounting, leasing, maintenance, client services, and leadership.

Help ensure properties are operated in accordance with company policies and applicable landlord-tenant requirements.

Proactively identify problems rather than waiting for owners or residents to bring them to our attention.

Take responsibility for issues through resolution rather than simply forwarding them to another department.

What We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Property management or residential real estate experience is strongly preferred. Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to remain professional when handling difficult conversations.

Experience with property management software, leasing, maintenance coordination, landlord-tenant matters, or single-family residential portfolios is a plus.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who understands accountability and ownership. When an owner or resident has an issue, we expect our Property Managers to communicate, follow up, and help drive the matter toward resolution.
