LadyJ_Cosplay

Hey, Philly Avengers fam, this Saturday. We need your help to complete our current mission from Director Fury. We need you to be our Spiderman and save our bus!

With the help we received so far, we are able to take over 50 children (who would not normally get the theater experience) with us, but 40 of them need transportation, and the normal company who donates their bus for free is no longer available this Sat. We found a company that can do it last min but even discounted for the cause it $500. We have to chance from movie snack packs to goodie bags for the children on the bus so we make sure all of them can get there. Those who donated snack packs the money is moved towards transportation. We know you guys would want to help us make sure they make it there vs. the snack packs. There's $10/ $20 links, but you can do any combo or add more than one to cart if you wish to donate more.

Also, guys sharing is free. The more comments and shares on the post, the more people we can reach that can possibly help us on this mission.

Also, if you happen to be a bus company or know of one that could donate their time, please feel free to DM us or email us at [email protected]

Lanterns made my day.

Sector 215 (Philly lol)

Happy day! I'm definitely a girlie. Who is your fav lantern?
Did you guys know Black Canary was turned into a Green Lantern before?

This is the way! Spending a good day, at a wonderful place with great humans. Thank you VPL's FanCon for having me and Steve Cardenas for all the laughs today and donating such amazing prizes for the cosplay contest.

Thank you to everyone who participated, you all looked amazing and did a fantastic job. Thank you to everyone I got to meet and see again today, I was in a lot of pain but you guys help me be distracted enough that I could get thru the event, so grateful.

Who's bad! Amy Rolle was so bad and became one of the fandoms fav villains, and it's why I had to cosplay her

🧪 REP YOUR SCIENCE FRIDAY! 🔬✨

This week, we’re highlighting Jamila , a Forensic Scientist and proud Philly Scientist Jawn! She turned her love of biology and helping people into a career in forensics—and outside of the lab, she owns two comic conventions!

💬 In Jamila’s words:

> “I’m a nerd who loves biology, especially human anatomy even though I ended up in microbiology lol. I do love other scientific areas but that’s my fave.
>
> I also love comics, cosplay, collecting and hosting events. I’m a Philly Scientist Jawn and that also means I love my Philly Sports teams, all of them!
>
> I knew I always wanted to use science to help people either thru medicine or some other means and then I found forensics.”

Her advice:

> “Make sure you pick something you love and know what part of the field will continually keep you interested.”

Keep reppin’ your science, Jamila! 🧬💜

So excited this Saturday!

Daniel Logan and Steve Cardenas are coming to FanCon to host our cosplay contest with the lovely Lady J.

The contest will have cash and autographed items as prizes and our wonderful guests will also be available to take photos with fans and give autographs! See you there on August 15th, 2026, at 10am to 4pm, at the Vineland Convention Center.

Rogue and Nightcrawler are my fav current brother sister duo on TV, and today's episode was just another example of why (that's all I will say as not to spoil anything).

Adrian Hough and Lenore Zann gave magnificent performances as always.

Sidenote Xavier, being one of the most powerful minds, irked me all season, did not use it when it counted most. I feel like he was yelling when he should have been using his powers multiple times. lol Am I the only one that felt this way? lol. Other than that, I loved this season.

This movie was better made then some movies with millions of dollars behind it. The acting superb, the entire cast and crew, from edit to directing really did a good job. I was totally sucked into word of Spades. If you guys just like good films you can check out Johnny Yong Bosch and Jason A. Narvy film Spades you won't be disappointed.
