🤖 MEET THE ARTIST - REB MARTIN 🤖

Reb Martin (she/her) is a Philadelphia based theatre artist. She is a co-founder and co-artistic director of Fall Risk Theatre Collective, an experimental theatre group that premiered their inaugural piece last fall in the 2025 Philadelphia Fringe Festival. Reb has toured theatre productions throughout several countries in Europe, Asia, and North America. She holds a BFA in Musical Theatre from SUNY Fredonia and is currently pursuing an MFA in Devised Performance at the Pig Iron School. She believes in theatre as social practice, and is excited to share this piece in hopes of creating a conversation that can be taken home with you.

Q: What’s your favorite unplugged activity?

A: Gardening and singing to trees. 🫜🫑🥕

🤖 MEET THE ARTIST - CHRIS CAUFFMAN COOKE 🤖

Chris Cauffman Cooke (He/Him) is a Physical Theater Artist and Devised Actor in Philadelphia. He is currently pursuing his MFA in Devised Theater at The Pig Iron School, a co-artistic director of Fall Risk Theater Collective, an actor and co-producer of The Follies with the Forget Death Club, and was an understudy for Franklin’s Key with Pig Iron Theater. He is so excited to be working on Encounters with an Electric Mind with these amazing artists and this potent subject. Love to Caitie & Anna.

Q: What’s your favorite unplugged activity?

A: Hiking and camping, anywhere without cell service. 🪵

🤖 MEET THE ARTIST - MADDIE ROTH 🤖

Based in Philadelphia, they are a theatre artist specializing in directing, devising, and intimacy direction. A certified Content Forward Artist, they hold a BFA in Directing from Salem State University and are currently pursuing an MFA in Devised Performance at the Pig Iron School.
They are a co-founder of Fall Risk Theatre Collective and debuted their inaugural devised, immersive theatre production, Adventures at Skyline Wilderness Camp, during the 2025 Philadelphia Fringe Festival. Their practice is rooted in a feminist directing model, prioritizing consent-based and trauma-informed rehearsal spaces.

Directing credits include Fun Home and Evil Dead The Musical, while performance highlights include Ophelia in Hamlet. An ACTF SDC Directing Initiative winner, they are dedicated to creating impactful, collaborative theatre that challenges traditional hierarchies and fosters artistic safety.

Q: What’s your favorite unplugged activity?

A: I love a good park rot and reading a good book! 📖

🤖 MEET THE ARTIST - KAREN ORRICK 🤖

Karen Orrick (she/her) is a Philadelphia-based theater-maker, dancer, and facilitator who believes more is possible on the other side of laughter and tears. She’s studied with Donna Oblongata, Headlong Performance Institute, and at a number of improvisational and acro-inspired dance studios. She is currently pursuing her MFA in Devised Performance at the Pig Iron School. Karen uses play as an engine to create work audiences call “honest, vulnerable and hilarious.”

A: Floating in water 🐠

Coming this fall to Philadelphia Fringe!! 🤖

We have been hard at work in the studio devising a brand new science fiction physical theatre piece titled “Encounters with an Electric Mind.” It’s an exploration of the rapidly changing relationship between humanity and artificial intelligence—a topic that has us both fascinated and deeply curious.
