Last Thursday, EOS Builders proudly broke ground on The Moreland, alongside an incredible team of partners — , , , and the  Housing Department.
 
This 5-story, two-phase affordable housing community is coming to Central Phoenix and will bring 132 new homes and a precast parking garage for low-to middle-income families. We’re targeting an opening in January 2028.
 
This project is a testament to the power of collaboration among public agencies, private partners, and community leaders who share a vision for a stronger, more inclusive Phoenix. We’re deeply honored to serve as general contractor and to help create lasting, positive impact by expanding access to stable, high-quality housing for families who need it most.
