Knocked out this 1300sqft laminate install. Consisted of 1100sqft of tile demo 200 sqft of carpet demo and 20 bags of self leveler. But we got this house right. Tile went from trowel thickness by the front door to 5/8th of an inch of thinset by the back door. This is why you shouldn’t hire just anyone to do your floors. Good prep work is always a must.
