Formed in 2002, Property Six began as a group of friends united by their shared love for all different types of music -- especially hip-hop, metal, and rock. Over the years, they nurtured their creative chemistry and crafted a sound that resonated deeply with listeners. The band's journey seemed destined for success, as they built a solid fan base and embarked on national tours, thrilling audiences across the country. However, due to creative differences and tension between members, in 2006 the original lead guitarist and bassist left the band. Danny Torrez joined and played lead guitar from 2006-2011. Bassist Ricky G also joined the P6 ranks in 2006 and is still laying the groove to this day. In 2011, Justin (Time) Paup, solidified the lineup in the P6 family as their new permanent lead guitarist and they began to record new music to unleash on their fans. The Break, in 2018, the band faced a series of unforeseen and heartbreaking events. Lead guitarist, Justin, had to make the difficult decision to move out of state due to personal reasons and shorty after the original drummer was sentenced to a lengthy prison term of 15 years. Leaving the band on hold. After a 7 year break. Bay , Bug and RIcky G. along with new drummer Limn started jamming again and Property Six started to re-emerge. In late 2024 Justin Paup Returned to AZ and Property Six as Guitarist, setting the band up to return to the live Music scene. March 2025 Property Six Played to a full house for the First time in 7 years, at the 44 in Glendale AZ. for Smoke Phatties Day 12. As Property Six looks to the future, they carry the weight of their past experiences, using them as fuel to create music that speaks to the depths of the human experience. Their story serves as a testament to the power of perseverance, reminding us all that even in the face of adversity, passion and artistry can triumph. With a renewed sense of purpose, Property Six is poised to make their mark once again and inspire audiences with their electrifying rap'n'roll sound.
