Do you have any fun weekend plans?!

Fall is coming, and these should be on your list. 🍂💜

The Velocity Energy 7/8 Leggings check all the boxes: a stay-put seamed waistband, compressive fit, soft but substantial fabric that isn't see-through, and sweat-wicking performance to keep you cool.

And the pockets? Three total, and all three fit your phone. The two side pockets can even hold a water bottle, while the back pocket has a small opening to keep your essentials secure.

The 7/8 length is also incredibly versatile. On heights under 5'5", they fit more like a full-length legging.

What’s your must-have feature in a pair of leggings? 👇

Happy Day 20 of the challenge! It seems like this month is flying by!

Today I went to the gym, did a lift and walked 3 miles on the treadmill while watching Grey’s Anatomy. That’s my idea of a good morning!

You still have a few days to enter this week’s drawing. (Next week is the last week! 😱)

What kind of challenge should we do next??

We’re obsessed with this shot of lindsEy p in the Velocity Energy Pocket Bra + Velocity Energy Shorts! 💜

This set is basically a pocket dream, 6 pockets total, and every single one earns its spot. Lindsey uses the two back bra pockets for her phone and her work phone (multitasking queen). The front pocket is perfect for keys, AirPods, or gels. And if you want to beat the summer heat on your runs, some of you have been packing ice into the pockets to stay cool! 😎

Have you tried the ice hack yet? 🧊

Happy Day 19 of the challenge!

Got my yoga time wrong, showed up 15 minutes early, so I ran a mile instead. Best kind of mistake. There’s something about a run that makes you feel so accomplished, a great feeling to start the morning!
