It's my birthday September 17th and I'm taking the night off! While the regulars know about this- I realize that it's not yet been announced to the Facebook.

Hello -its Mona. I'm sorry to have to cancel yoga at Eclectic Soul Studio tonight. I had to leave Pitt State campus early yesterday and come home sick. Today I am much better than yesterday, but not yoga class better.

Apologies to tonight's yoga class, due to a bad head day the 5:15 pm class is canceled. Find me next at the Pittsburg Public Library for Thursday 10am chair yoga and then 5:15 pm Thursday yoga at Eclectic Soul Studio.
