A ground-up build gives you one advantage you cannot buy later. The banquette was drawn into the plan before the room existed, framed to the curve of the corner, then upholstered by hand. It fits this house and no other.

A lot happening behind the scenes on this one. Custom millwork is underway for a lower level that will include a bar, cocktail lounge, home theater, and a game area.

The bar is being fabricated in the shop now, along with cabinetry and wall paneling designed around traditional moldings, arched details and hidden appliances. A fun one to watch come together!

Every client we work with has a different vision for their home. Before a single decision is made, we take the time to understand how you live, what you value, and what you are dreaming of. Every design decision that follows is rooted in that.

A New York library in the making. Existing built-ins getting a full transformation with bold color, personality, and every detail chosen to make this one of the most fun rooms in the home.

From new builds to full home transformations, this is the work we love most. Every room, every detail, entirely considered from the start.

When the footprint is small, you have to commit to one big idea. In this Strip District bedroom, that idea was the bed wall and it earned every inch of attention it gets.

A beautiful custom dry bar with personality in the details.

Good design is often about what you remove as much as what you add. This New York apartment, originally a doctor’s office, had no flow and no sense of openness. Reconfiguring the layout, removing a primary wall, and introducing a new doorway to a future library transformed how the entire space functions. Still under construction, but the bones already tell the story.

A limited footprint does not have to mean compromising on what a space can do. Designing the built-ins around a custom size sofa let us maximize every inch and create something that reads as a beautiful focal point rather than a tight squeeze.
