JML Landscape

Shoutout to our incredible team members celebrating work anniversaries this September! Your hard work and dedication mean the world to us. 🎉

One crew. Countless details.
From mowing to trimming and everything in between, every task plays a part in creating the clean, professional landscapes our clients count on. It takes teamwork, consistency, and pride in the work to keep properties looking their best week after week.

A project worth revisiting.
Last year, we shared a sneak peek as construction began on these retaining walls. Fast forward to today, and our South Fayette team has completed the next phase with natural stone steps and aluminum railings, creating a finished space that blends function and craftsmanship.

Back to school season is here!
As students head back to class across our area, our crews are proud to help keep school grounds maintained and ready for the year ahead.
Wishing students, teachers, staff, and families a safe and successful school year!

All three branches, one great day at the ballpark. ⚾
Yesterday, our team came together for our annual Pirates game outing with food, a 50/50 raffle, great company, and plenty of fun before cheering on a Pirates win.
We always look forward to this tradition and the chance to bring everyone together outside of the workday.

Talk about opening up a space!
Our team removed overgrown trees and shrubs, built a new wall, and finished the area with fresh mulch to create a cleaner, more open look.

This week, our crews took time before heading out for the day to complete our Employee Engagement Survey.
The survey gives team members an opportunity to share feedback about their experience, what is working well, and where we can continue to improve. Thank you to everyone who took the time to share their voice and help us keep building a stronger team.

Three generations, one team.
We thought this was too special not to share. These three crew members from the Cerventes family represent three generations working together at our Monroeville branch.
It is a great reminder that behind every property we maintain are hardworking people, family connections, and a lot of pride in the work.

Hands on experience can lead to meaningful ideas.
During his summer internship, Will worked alongside our crews through each stage of the annual flower process, from bed prep to final touches.
That field experience inspired his internship project, which focused on creating property maps, flower counts, and detailed plans that crews can use during future installations.
We appreciate the hard work, fresh perspective, and positive attitude Will brought to JML this summer!
