The animals health is guaranteed ONLY for 24 hours after arrival as we cannot control what buyers do after or the environment they choose to keep the animal in. If not satisfied with your purchase, GWE MUST be notified within 24 hours of arrival. If no response in that time, it is considered that the transaction is complete and the buyer happy. PAYMENT

**ALL SNAKES ARE FOR SALE UNTIL DEPOSIT/PAYMENT RECEIVED! NO EXCEPTIONS!** We will not hold any animals for anyone at anytime without a deposit!!! All buyers MUST BE 18 years of age OR have parental permission to purchase an animal. Any purchases OVER $500 will have to have proof of ID
Payment can be made through Square or Paypal – those are the preferred method of payment. Money orders and/or checks will ensure a hold on the animal but will not ship till DMR has received and money has cleared. Payment MUST be made in full before the animal is shipped – no exceptions. Payment plans are available – to hold any animal a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid first. Below are the payment plan tiers available.

30 days (minimum purchase of $250)
45 days (minimum purchase of $500)
60 days (minimum purchase of $1000)

Full payment must be made within the agreed amount of time. Failure to pay in full will result in the animal being relisted. Payment plan installments are non-refundable, but are transferable to another purchase. SHIPPING

Animals are shipped Mon-Wed via Reptiles Express or Ship Your Reptiles (FedEx Priority Overnight) when temperature and weather permit. Shipping is done between 35-90 degrees Fahrenheit – If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, the live arrival guarantee is VOID. Dead on arrival (DOA) animals must be reported within 2 hours of arrival. If failure to do so, the terms of service is considered VOID. Pictures, videos and/or return of DOA animal will be required before refund or replacement is issued.
