Grateful for the wisdom that running has opened me up to. Grateful I have so much to support to push me and keep me going. Grateful for an able body that allows me to have an experience like this. Glory to YHWH ✝️

2025 was full of blessings and lessons. I reached some goals and fell short of others. 2026 will be about continued development of myself to be a better man for those around me 🙏🏽 shoutout to everyone supporting the journey ❤️

Running has taught me that miles don’t get EASIER and EASIER. It taught me that I am capable of doing HARDER and HARDER things💪🏽
