BOB Project

It's thrilling to see Churchill Valley Greenway in Penn Hills taking center stage. We're proud to have laid the groundwork for this initiative, providing crucial research and a letter of support that helped bring it to life. Building on this foundation, Emily elevated the project with ALT with her continued research, and Renee's involvement further bolstered its potential. Now, with construction underway on the limestone pools that will help purify the stream's water, we're eager to see the project's positive impact unfold. ALT will undoubtedly share updates on the progress, and we're excited to witness the next milestones.

Thank you, Mr. Piper, for your exceptional leadership and guidance. Your dedication and that of your students has yielded remarkable results over the years, truly showcasing the power of collaborative hard work and vision. Thank you for stepping up!

We're deeply grateful to Trinity Christian Academy for their tireless community efforts that inspire excellence and bring out the best in our neighborhood. This year, 11 students and two teachers dedicated their time to revitalizing the Spring Valley Garden, continuing a tradition that showcases their exceptional work ethic and exemplary behavior. Thank you for fostering a culture of dedication and service that positively impacts our community.

We just had our Spring Valley garden cleaned up for the season. We will be redesigning, a new bench design and a small art installation. Thank you Matt of Terroir designs & workers who helped this year.

Thank you Trinity Christian Academy for all of your support over the years. It’s hard to believe this garden project began in 2014 with a roadside/ creek-side clean up. We appreciate all of our volunteer efforts to Bring Out the Best in our community. Enjoy the before and after photos below along with Trinity student photos and their work not only on the Spring Valley Garden, but Pentlong Shopping Center & Doms auto body. I will post the finished Spring Valley Garden video in the comments. Best to all!

The Long Road corridor is looking great this year. Most everything survived our cold winter. If you would like to volunteer to help, please respond in comments. Trinity Christian School will be helping us clean up this Spring & we will be planting annuals to add color as the have for multiple years now. Thank you! Donations are always welcome if you would like to see our work continue. Thank you to all of our volunteers who have helped to Bring Out the Best in our community. Best!
